Hello, this is Brian K. Bailey, master fitness instructor, and today we're going to show you how to use exercise bands to get the best workout that you deserve. Now here's one of my favorite workouts using bands. This is actually called a stretchy band and I use this for a variety of exercises. One of the exercises that I love to do is the arm curl with the stretchy band. It's pretty simple. You have a nice resistance and if you want to increase the resistance you just step up a little bit more on it but you get a nice resistance up and down. Now another thing I like to do is to put two feet on it and actually do some shoulder raises. So you see you have some flexibility there and you can do this at home or at work. Now I want to show you something that's really good. If you take the regular band with handles, it gives you a little bit more when it comes to getting that pump, pretty safe. Again put one or two feet there and you can do, let's try a shoulder press, so see you're going up and down. You can do two feet, up and down, see that you get a good pump, or you can do squats. What I like to do is put it right there on my shoulders, go down back up, down, back up. I'm going to do one more so you'll get it, okay here we go, down and back up. This has been Brian K.
